Could be carpel tunnel or arthritis. A doctor would be able to tell you for sure.

It has recently been discovered that even married women in their 30s-60's enjoy taking private time out to stimulate themselves. Most of these women use the same finger each time and if their self titilation becomes excessive, they may develope joint pain in their perpetrating hand.

Christina is right...could be carpal tunnel....if she is having chest pain as well it could be an indicator of a heart attack or stroke.

It could be anything from a muscle cramp to pinched nerve to a stroke.... she should call her doctor!
