itis a xp and still cannot hear noting?

XP installs DEFAULT Graphics & Sound cards for all type of Moether boards.
I recommend u to install Graphics & Sound Cards from ur Mother board CD.
Note:- Mother board cd may contain more than 1Sound Card or Graphics card. Must choose what suits ur Mother board best. Usually Graphics Card Num & Sound Card Number r written on ur Mother board Cover.
Eg:- My Grap card is P4M266 & Sound Card is VIA823X
