Some work. The best I have tried are either ProSolution Pills or Indian male enhancement pills.

Penis enhancement pills is the biggest scam of the century. They don't work. They are supplements just like vitamin and therefore are not regulated by FDA. And you can't find any big name drug companies manufacturing them. Performance enhancing drugs do work but with some undesirable side effects.

RobsVision, You are amazing. Finally someone out there but me agrees that Jeqling and Kegels work! They make the penis longer by stretching the tissues of the penis and allowing more blood to get into it. Therefor making it bigger!!!

There are prescription pills that have been proven to work. You should see your doctor (probably your urologist), and they can lead you in a direction that's right for you.
