I'm not going to recommend a printer because they are all fairly good. What I will say however, is CHECK OUT THE PRICE OF THE TONER. Almost invariably, your new printer will arrive with only enough toner to print a beautiful colour page telling you where to get some more from. (The average "new printer" toner cartridge these days will only do about 20 pages).
You are not going to be a happy bunny if, having forked out £200 on the printer, you promptly have to lay out for four £30 toner cartridges.
The price of the cartridges do vary considerably, and you can get them a lot cheaper on-line. But do check out the price of the toner before you buy the printer, since over the long term, the toner is going to be your biggest outlay, not the printer.
I did what you are doing, I bought a lovely, copier/scanner/printer. Then I found that it was costing me around 15p per page. Since we print about 50 pages a day, I worked out that it would be cheaper in the long term to buy a £400 Oki colour laser printer, which has toner cartridges that do about 6,000 pages and costs about 1.2p per page.
Good luck!

My friend Fred Flintstone has an awesome printer. Inside the rock box, there is a bird that hammers and chisels 5 words a minute on a stone tablet sheet. The bird in his machine is a little sassy, but Fred sprinkled bacon grease on the thing and keeps Dino nearby to keep the bird in line. It's called a RockPrint Matic 2000.

I had a HP PHOTO printer which did lovely images.. BUT, when i went to replace cartridges..(£55) it was cheaper to buy a new printer.. so, i got a Lexmark all in one..(scanner/fax/printer/copier) for less than the new cartridges would have cost.. and the Lexmark carts' only 1 needed, they cost £13 each and its as good as any others too!!

I have a Canon PIXMA MP150 - it's well below 200 sterling and I find it great.
