Go in little Italy preferably hours before the match and try to find a spot in the numerous venues on or around St-Laurent blvd. between Bellechasse and Jean-Talon streets. You can go eastbound on Dante, St-Zotique, Beaubien, Belanger, Jean-Talon or de Castelnau and find smaller venues if you do not enjoy the crowded street.
They have set up a giant screen on the street and will probably close St-Laurent to traffic. Hundreds if not thousands of Italy supporters will be there; again the rule of thumb is show up early.
Open da night (officially named "Cafe Olympico") in the Mile End district is also pro-Italy, but the cafe is so popular these times you'll have to show up about 4 hours before the game to find a decent spot. Plus the hipster crowd might get on your nerves.
Outside of these two places, you can find numerous Italian caffes, almost every sport bars/cafe/restaurant in town will have the game on and very few places will be crowded with French supporters. You can try in the St-Leonard burrough on Jarry and Beaubien street but the ambiance will be much better on St-Laurent blvd.
As for Quebecois all being pro-France... well it couldn't be further from the truth. French-speaking Quebecois are americans first and foremost. We have little care about soccer (although it is changing with the younger generation). Some will support France only because of the language. Soccer connaisseurs will support one team or another (most of them were supporting Brasil) and a lot of people living in Italian neighbourhoods (like me) will support Italy for the sake of bon-voisinage.
When you'll see someone waving a French flag or wearing the blue shirt, you can almost be sure it is a French expatriate. I think the ratio of pro-Italy venues vs. pro-France is about 10 to 1. French venues are mostly located on the eastern side of the Plateau and in TouristLand (Old Montreal) with their headquarters at "Le barouf" on St-Denis.

If it's still open, "Open Da Night" on St. Viateur corner l'Esplanade (I think) is a pro-Italy crowd even when it's not the World Cup.
Or, follow the flags, shouldn't be too hard. There aren't more than 12 France fans in Montreal.
Asteven: You seem to know your soccer but I think you don't know Montreal. The only Montrealers who care about soccer are Italian or Portuguese. And the Quebecois would only support France against England, if they heard about the game.

Go to Little Italy. There're bars on of St.Hubert as well, (certainly pro Italian !). I don't think the Quebecers like the French much anyway.
Beachboy: you're mistaken. Quebecers are pro Quebec-french culture and language but not pro France (most consider the French French a tad arrogant).
I was in Montreal last Sunday and I saw lots of Italian flags, many Portugese flags, 1 french flag and even a couple of German flags (okay, mine included). Then today, I live in a village of 400 people, a guy here had a French flag - funnY.
