Because thats what they do everynight before they go to bed. Its a habit. lol I feel sleepy sometimes after sex too..

Lets see, with a guy all we need is friction and we are good to go! But you ladies, damn you ladies are like a safe. 27 to the left 6 to the right and another 15 to the left, and then jerk the handle. Wemon are picky. Need the right light and music and temperature and stuff to get aroused and to ejaculate. Guys need friction only and a frea to give it. You want to know why guys fall asleep after sex, try running a marathon and still not getting the "prize", see if your tired or not! lol

My husband doesn't do that, he is all the oposity he is all full of energy and everything, I recomend you to have sex any time of the day maybe you are doing it too late after a long day? I know I want to go right back to sleep when we do it at night but it is because we have both had a long day, try doing it during the day, it is fun like that too!

It's more than just all the explanations that you can come up with here.
There's got to be some type of hormonal action, like eating turkey at Thanksgiving, that really zonks you out.
Also none of you women mentioned how men prefer NOT to be touched (ie hugged / held / spooned) after sex. I thought this would have been a biggie. I noticed in my 20's (Testosterone??) that I really shunned being touched. Now, being old(er), it doesn't bother me.

You know i ask this same question,because i feel bad when after my husband ejzculates he just turns his back and wants to sleep,but b4 then he cuddles and tends to romance me soon after the whole show he's done with me and i feel as if he just used me to get his sexual relief,well if some else has a better an answer i'd like to hear it.

cause they put all their effort into it. Also it drains them that they just feel relaxed and wanna sleep it off!.
