God is infinite because we can not logically comprehend the infinite experience. People have answered your question by equating time and space to the infinite...but think about it for a moment...can you really grasp the vastness of space if it is infinite? Can you imagine something that never ends? Try to imagine it.
However, you do not need to imagine space to see the infinity of God, try looking within yourself. Ask the age old questions of being and purpose...why am I here, what is the master plan, where did I come from, where am I going? This is God, and it is revealed in a subjective manner. Instead of starting a quest for God under an organized religious context, imagine God as the infinite experience, and move from there.

Space goes on forever so God must go on forever as well. Time is an illusion. God is an infinite power. You were a part of God or this Power before you were born. The minute you were conceived your mind created two sides good and evil and you seperated from this infinite power. In order for you to live on earth this simple difference between good and bad must be implemented in your brain. This God or Power has everything it needs already. When you die you will return to God or this infinite Power. Can you accept that someday in infinite space that you could rise to God status?

Why would God not be Infinite? He created Time, and so began before time started. Therefore he always was, throughout all of time. He also will end time at some point, and therefore will always be. He created the universe, and so is bigger than it, so he is infinite in size. He is infinite in power, as he can chjange anything about his own creation, just as the human race can change anything about a computer simulation created by us.

As far as I know, it has been scientifically proved that times goes to an end, and that it had a beginning. So there must be someone who has "invented" it, after all, otherwise.. it would be impossible explain HOW did it appear! So God must be infinite, just think a little.... If God invented such a great dimension as time (Einstein said), imagine what kind of other dimensions He may be capable of inventing.. It`s amazing, God is infinite!

You are confusing infinity and eternity.
Eternity is the absence of time. God, allegedly, inhabits eternity - we, and the rest of God's Creation, inhabit time and space.
Infinity is a mathematical concept. Basically it is the absence of both a first and a last number. The interesting thing about infinity is that there is more than one infinity; in fact, there is an indefinite number of infinities. To mention just two: - the infinity of even numbers and the infinity of odd numbers.
So, if God is infinite, that seems to suggest an indefinite number of Gods.
Have a nice day.

imagine there grew to develop right into a god and that it grew to develop into omnipresent and limitless then considering the there'll be no way of observing it (insofar as Einstein's relativity is stressful), time will be a meaningless idea to adhere to to it. truly, the type of ingredient, god, inspite of would also be thoroughly unknowable and insofar as people are stressful, inappropriate to the each day activity of living. The god I understand from the bible isn't some thing like what you're providing. the nearest kinfolk to this idea in any faith I actual have come for the era of is the "emptiness" of Buddhism or the chi of Taoism. apparently, neither of those seek for for advice from from this ingredient as a god. they don't endow it with anthropomorphic powerful residences nor do they declare it truly is stressful with, or surely would have any subject for, human affairs.

he has always existed, everywhere.
Time does not matter to him... haven't you ever heard that a day to God is like a thousand years to us? (no, that does not prove evolution is true, according to many evolutionist Christians.)
to us living here on earth, time may stop, but to God and all those who have passed on, there is eternity, either in Heaven or Hell.

Hmm, I've always heard of him as omniscient, you know, everywhere all the time kinda thing. Infinite is probably ever-extending and never-ending.

I don't believe in God, but if he exists, he must be infinite. In fact, he must've created infinity.
