I think we all do. It kind of hard to tear yourself away really. I've actually developed a sore back from the way I sit in front of the computer. So.... I have to force myself to turn the computer off, then I go read or watch my soaps, or do any cleaning that needs to be done. So try picking up a good book, depending on what book it is, it will be a good distraction and get your mind off Yahoo Answers. It only works temporarily though. LOL I'm always pulled back to the computer. Some mysterious magnetic force I think.LOL

There is nothing wrong with spending alot of time on Yahoo Answers. I do while I am at work because I am really bored.
If you do this and don't have a life, that is where there can be a problem!

This is a tool, not good or bad. Like a screw driver, gun, hammer, or any thing. It can be used for good or bad. If you are serious, this is good for your mind and will help your spelling, if you are not serious and just mess around, it can cause you to regress (that means become less smart or mature). So its up to you. I know that i am on here more than most people, and i am ok. I think yahoo answers is a good thing for your mind so its a good way to spend your time.

Well, judging by how many points you have, you don't seem to be too bad--unless you spend an average of 6-8 hours a day, then that would be too much. Or, if you had 3,000 points of something, then you know...

If you spend over an hour or two a day here, I would say that there must be SOMETHING more important you could be doing to make the short time that we have on this earth more beneficial.

Yes, the only other thing to do is to go on myspace for hours. I personally alternate between the two.
