ly always in your left side... do not lay on your belly...you might want to purchase a full body pillow to help you sleep better on your right side... make sure you are stretchig throughout your pregnancy and as for sitting up...prop pillows up to make yourself comfortable...

congratulations on you blessing...your tiny miracle

Not really. It is best not to lay on your stomach for obvious reasons, you won't be able to anyway. Try to lay on your sides. I always wake up on my back, I'm 38 weeks by the way. When I wake up on my back and try to get out of bed my right leg and back hurt. It's also harder to breath on your back and you will be gasping for air. As far as sitting, try not to cross your legs. It's just uncomfortable, sit up straight because the baby will let you know when he/she is getting squished. Your body will tell you when it is the wrong position, good luck.

im in my 31st wk of pregnancy & ive read alot of articles saying it was unsafe to lay on your right side because of some nerve & unsafe to lay on your back because of a major vein but if any position hurts the baby you'll know!!!!!!! the farther in the pregnancy you get the more you realize any position that the baby isnt kickin the crap out of you is ok!!!!!!

The only thing I can think of to tell you is that when you go to sleep you should sleep on your left side with a pillow between your legs.

Try to stick to sleeping on your side sleeping on your back will not give the baby enough oxygen

Lay on your sides only, mostly left so the blood can circulate thru the uterus.
