i'm doing a 100 situps 2 times a day. i've been doing them for about seven weeks. it makes your tummy tight

go to a spa and ask for something that wraps you up and you sweat and thats burn calories and your suposed to lose almost 10-20 pounds depends how long you had the thing on♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
