you cant make them do it. AND to have a baby you get married to another SIM and then kiss alot and stuff then it will say, "SHould we have a baby?" click yes, and you have a baby craddle...

make them get close to each other like fall in love get a double bed, lay in it ask the other sime to lay with you make out then "try" for a baby or woohoo

Yes your sims can do regular woo hoo or they can try for a baby if they are close enough relationship wise.
