Ask him to help you with your homework. Or invite him to something you are having so you can have a chance to talk to him.

I wish i knew I have the same problem Im 10 two i wish I knew how but what I tryed to do was i wore my cutest out fit put on hi heels lipstip make up I looked so hot he was die in to go out with me u r not 2 young

I would see if you have any friends that would know him or one of his "possey", and ask for an introduction, or get your friend to strike up a conversation in your presence with him or within his group, and when you finally get to speak to him, be sure to give him all your attention, be inquisitive, AND GIVE COMPLIMENTS!! unless he is totally stupid, he'll get the idea!!
