I think it and a lot of other mystical arts work pretty well...only thing i can't make up my mind about is whether or not it works because i gives a broad and general description of things or if it just really works...it doesn't seem to get very specific when it is explaining things but then again, sometimes it seems to strike the nail right on the head...i also sometimes find that the daily horoscopes that i read tend to be closer to giving helpful advise rather than actually predicting the future, but there are more thorough forms of astrology than the ones used to do a daily reading for a newspaper....but either way, astrology can open up a person's mind to all the possibilities and choices in their life and therefore it can be helpful when used in moderation...

I think that the astrology aspect that sheds some light on what type of person they are hits a little too close to be totally false.

Yes, to an extent. I don't think that every person has every single trait that their sign says, but I do believe that a lot of those traits are present in some form or another. Some are just more muted than others.

Your question includes the word 'believe'.
That connotes an article of 'FAITH'. That should rightly
belong to the areas of Religion and Culture.
I accept science as a method of learning about what is around us. Astronomy is one of those sciences; as is Physics, Biology, Chemistry and many many more.
One doesn't ask 'Do you believe in them'..

most people don't, same with me. It's probably the idea that we're not in control of our own destinies that scares us. (shrugs)
