Do you mean to hand monogram the ribbon? The site below has a book: Martha Pullen's Shadow Embroidery that has an alphabet in it to embroider. Or if you have a font you like and know how to embroider, you can just print out what you want to monogram, do a transfer with pencil on the back, and do it.

If what you are looking for is personalized ribbon, you don't say how wide, but the 2nd site below has custom ribbons, maybe that is what you want?
