Isn't Israel the ONLY Mid-East country to actually give land back (the Gaza and parts of the West Bank)?

Loki: the UN offered a two-state solution after the British Mandate ran out. Israel accepted it and there is now an Israel. Arabs rejected it and started the push to destroy Israel.

It is called hatred. Hezbollah and hamas (among others) won't stop until there is no more Israel. You are dealing with a terroristic mindset inflamed by religious fervor (sounds a bit like the muslim terrorists, doesn't it) that cannot be reasoned with or bargained with. The best you can hope for is to either remove them entirely (not possible), beat them so badly that they cannot respond or have the moderates keep them in check (best scenario out of the three).

They want the Israelis out, Israel pulled out of Gaza almost a year ago and they (Palestinians) used the area to shoot missiles on Israelis citizens.
The current status is that the Palestinians kidnapped Israeli solider so Israel went back in Gaza to look for him.
I wish that the palestinians would used the area they got back to build and develop what can be their country and Israel will give them more and more land.
Land for peace. War for terror.

June 8 2006 the little girl die from PALESTINIANS hidden missiles in the beach of Gaza.
Israel pulled out of Lebanon in year 2000 and Hezbollah still attacking Israelis cities and kill citizens.
We should just be glad that there are more Israelis than Palestinians in Israel otherwise the world would suffer alot.

As we all know the Israelites were in the Promised land; which includes most of Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, etc; long before Mohammad was a gleam in a camels eye.
She (Israel) is getting clobbered by the Hamas/PLO/Hezbollah etal because of the Sept.24/74 accord in which they stated that the Palestinians would accept the two state concept with the goal of wiping out Israel once that goal (a state)was reached. Its that concept of 'keeping your enemies close'.

Because the Arabs' goal is to destroy Jewish independence in Israel. The PLO covenant , the Hamas covenant all spell this out clearly.

bcoz those cities aren't Israeli's they are palestinian's the Jews colonized Palestine with the help of Britain and America
