you need someone to listen to you and most times he dosent..... you feel the things he has said in the past will still be the same as the things he says now..... its all the same emotions you feel usually no matter what comes out of his mouth, try holding your tongue and count to 10 next time you have something negative to say and replace it with something positive instead (even if you have to pretend or be sarcastic and humorous) smile and hold your head up high, he will soon notice this kind of change in you and react positively to it also..... ( it is a two way thing remember )

Only you can answer that question. When you catch yourself about to make a petty comment, take a deep breath, count to ten, and think about why. Try to stop it before it comes out. If necessary, walk out of the room, and come back in a few minutes after you've calmed yourself down. Maybe go for a walk around the block.

I dont know who you're talking about...but I do the SAME exact thing with my boyfriend. For some reason I always pick a fight for no reason...but I hate fighting! Im ot sure why it's done... maybe it's so that when the fighting ends we might win? A sense of power and control? Im not sure. Im not even sure if thats what you're talking about, haha. Take care

People say if you argue with someone you really care about them, arguing is healthy debate, dont try to let people tell you its bad. Obviously there can be bad arguments such as when fighting starts, but you'll know the difference

There's an underlying reason and you need to discover what it is...it'll having nothing to do (probably) with the topic of the fights, but the reason you pick them in the first place...do it quick, before he gets tired of arguing and seeks out someone who's more enjoyable to be around...

you are probably upset about something unhappy about a past situation, argument, etc,. subconsciously we may feel a way about something or the person and we tend to act on it sometimes, not know why until you think for a minute and remeber how this person affected us before or something they did or said in the past or something you are blaming him for?. another reason could be PMSing (LOL)
or
your own insecurities sometime even jealously or envy of a person. not say you do !!! but, however you look at this matter all of your behavior comes from you. You have to figure out, why?
and look at your history.

you have a low self esteem and want to be reassured that he likes you . you will drive him away if you really like him..he will be confused and think that your picking fights means the opposite to how you really feel.Just relax a little and enjoy his company and remember why you liked him in the first place. dont let past experiences ruin your chance of a good relationship with this man

Obviously theres some underlying issues there. Are you just unhappy with yourself ?That may very well be the reason for picking fights with him.You need to sit down and talk about whats making you so angry!

Maybe you were raised with family that argued all the time and this maybe a way to show you care by being passive-aggressive. Maybe you want his attention and feel the only way to get it is by having drama in your relationship.

Give the guy a break - stop and think before you pick a fight with him the next time. I went out with a guy years ago and he constantly did the same with me and it destroyed me. It was awful. Maybe you and him need to break up??
