If someone like H&R Block did your taxes, or an accountant, they should have a copy. If you did it yourself, call the IRS and request it.

Did you file yourself or have someone prepare it for you? If you had someone prepare it, they should have a copy on file. If not, I believe you can contact the IRS and request a copy.

the nearest IRS center to you can give it to you. i don't know if they can mail it though, i think you have to pick it up in person. you might call them to find out.
