I had a look into a large Mercedes Benz dealership bin once and it was full of brand new rims and old hubcaps. I asked them about it. Over here the optional extras are added aftermarket so they just remove the Tyre and throw away the rim. Maybe you can phone a few new car dealerships. Or drive behind them and look into their dumpsters. I'm sure Mag wheel suppliers would also throw them away or sell them for scrap metal.
