Do they switch every point or is there some other method to thier madness?

Also, what determines when they switch ends of the courts?

They switch sides after every point and switch ends on odd after odd number games.

Well the server serves first to the deuce court (right side of center mark) then the next point he/she will serve into the ad court (left side of center mark) And he/she will keep doing that until someone wins that game. And we switch ends of the court when it's a odd number in the match. Example: The score is game count 4-3, it's a odd number so you switch sides of the court. If it's game count 4-4 you don't switch side because it's a even number. So you switch side only on the odd numbers.

Each time the server obtains a point they switch to the other side of their court. Also players change serve every odd number and depending on if they hold serve. Hopefully, someone can explain this better?

After every time a point is won. They switch between the "Add side", left and the "Deuce side",right side. When the score is uneven they switch sides, they walk to the other side of the court where there opponent was.
