It's quite obviously about his girl (wife actually), sung by him on her behalf, and how she takes him always being away on tours and stuff. I highly doubt the last verse is actually true, just what he thinks she would do if she did want out. His wife, Anna, probably just went, "aww... I still love you..." when she heard the song.
