If they are asking questions I dont get why the police would need to come out.
Also unless they have caller ID on the incoming call they are NOT going to know where the call originated because they are calling the NON emergency Number.
Theres lots of people working at the PD. and they dont always route to the same office in some cities.

Even non-emergency numbers are usually recorded at a police station. In a lot of cases they will know you called again on the 2nd call. Depending on the area you are in and what their phone systems are, they could catch it right away in some areas. in others, it could be a week or two.

I don't know. Are you or they just trying to get the police to come out. If you have that many questions, then go to the police station and sit down with someone to get answers. Don't just keep calling to be stupid

Your "friend" is playing with fire--and when the police have time, they'll cruise by and address the problem with him / her in their "special" way. 911 or local law enforcement phone numbers aren't to be toyed with--espicially with today's phone techonology.

police don't have time for bullshit. that's why they did'nt come out. asking questions and taking action are two different. things. think of all the real murders, kidnapping, stealing, beatings, gunshot wounds, gang fights, child abuse, wife abuse, husband abuse, business robberies, car thefts, real car accidents, train, plane, bus, hell all of the trouble that goes on in the world today. they just don't have the time or manpower for crap!!!!
