Why are there stools in autoparts stores. You dont see stools in any other stores. Im not about eateries, of course they having seating but why do you need them in autoparts stores... Ive seen them in there ever since i was a kid and its still that way... Why?

it is a guy bar thing, guys associate relaxation on a bar stool, so the longer the customer is comfortable the longer he is there buying parts and such!

The people who work at auto parts stores are dumb and slow so it takes them awhile to get your part so you need somewhere to sit.
Its also because when they look up a part it can take awhile so if you'd rather stand just tell them to take the stools out!
