Kegal is all I know about, too bad the Sunday Night Sex Show isn't running new shows any more you could have call Sue and asked.

Talk to your doc, think the only other way might be surgical, but chances are she may be able to help, or at least point you in the direction of someone who might.

Oh boy....if that's the only change you're noticing, count yourself lucky! The doctor who delivered your baby should have "taken that extra stitch." That's what my obstetrician used to call it.

Unfortunately, though, nothing is going to put things back the way they were. This is a good time for you and you husband to learn new dance steps to different music. That can be a real fun part---good communication, fun conversations, getting to know each other again and approaching a new level of your marriage. Welcome to parenthood! Enjoy it! Embrace it!

Everything will never be like it was "in the past." You're not the same person you were before you had children----why should your body be?

There is a surgery. Also, Alum will work for a short period of time, but may cause irritation. There are plenty of tightening creams on the market varying in Price from cheap to about 60 bucks. The more expensive ones last longer. The cheap ones you have to apply before each sex session.

I am a consultant with Pure Romance- we sell adult products. One product that would help is Ben Wa Balls- they are similar to kegel exercises and will strengthen your vaginal muscles. Another product is Like a Virgin- it is a vaginal tightening cream that lasts for 24 hours. It isn't a permanent fix, but does work. Visit my website if you are interested in purchasing..... Thanks!

You can get more exercise, period. However, it is natural for your vagina and cervix to change shape after birthing.
