tan skin with blue green eyes doesn't need much as far as heavy color... your coloring is naturally lovely. go for neutrals. try lancome eyeshadow in a color called filigree (soft champagne color) for your entire eyelid to brow bone.... then a soft browny pink on the eyelid (try a wine colored shade or even soft green/blue for an evening look), instead of eyeliner... get an eyeliner brush and use dark brown eye shadow in a fine soft line just along the upper lash line... remember less is more for the day look, for an evening looking do the brown a little heavier at the outer corner and even about a quarter inch or so into the lower lash line for super dramatic look. always always always use an eyelash curler, this really opens up the eyes, with blue green eyes you can get away with black mascara but it tends to look heavy during the summer so go for brown or brown/black. .... with tan skin go for a soft peach blush applied with a big soft brush... grab a pretty soft neutral lip gloss, with such pretty colored eyes you don't need a dark lip... for evening use a lipliner (i've found wet and wild #666 to be perfect) to lighty color your lips before applying gloss... gently outline the lips (keep this very soft to avoid the hoochy mama lips look) then lightly shade in the rest of the lips except the fullest part of the center of your lower lip... let the color fade out here so that when you apply your gloss it's a bit lighter in the center of your lower lip... this creates the illusion of a fully pouty lower lip.
i know this is a lot at once... but don't be afraid to experiment and play a little bit!
so basically ... 3 to 4 shades of eyeshadow... mascara... blush... lip liner and gloss ... all you need for soft daytime to uber sexy evening looking.... you'll be breathtaking i'm sure

i really dont think you need all that much make-up if your really tan because it doesnt look all that great on overly tan people. Maybe just try a clear or pinkish lip gloss and some eyeliner, and maybe a little mascara and your good to go. I guess you could even use a little peachy blush if you wanted to and then your good to go. But its not all that nessicary.

Well, add some rosie color to your cheeks and curl you eyelashes and finish it off with mascara. Make it natural, by adding blush to the forehead, a little of the eyelids and chin, plus small dab of eyeliner grey or black you'll look great. Also, white eyeshadow tends to look better on green/blue eyes; add just a tad, with natural lips or a lipstick close to it, with mascara and of course rosie cheeks, your good to go.

since you are tanned, you must look awesome already! so make sure to make urself totally natural cuz otherwise ull look way overdone. all you need to do is apply so pinkish gloss, and a light pinkish blush to give you a natural glow, also a bit of brown eyeliner to showoff ur eye colour

Your best best will be to get a palette that already contains blush, eyeshadow, gloss, powder, etc.... There are a lot of really good ones out there and are affordable at Sephora.com...
A really good one for you to try : Too Faced Palette in Summer Lover (includes Blush in Pink Mocha; Eye Shadows in Golden Taupe and Pink Sand; and Lip Glosses in Raspberry Fizz and Pink Caramel).
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P140702&categoryId=B70
Another is the Too Faced Beach Bunny Palette Palette (includes Caribbean in a Compact in Peach Bronze, eye shadows in Metallic Bronze and Creamy Gold, and lip gloss in Sunset Pink and Seashell Shimmer). http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P140703&categoryId=RP&shouldPaginate=
You will love it and I think they are $15 a pop!

Go without the make-up & just lightly dust a pinky shimmer on the apples of your cheeks & do up your eyes & go sheer nude gloss on your lips....
You'll look HOT!
