Israel developed an ultrasound machine that literally explodes fat cells so that the body reabsorbs them into the bloodstream and carries them away. At the moment it's pending approval in the US and Canada (Fox News says it should be about a year). If you go to Israel to have it done, the cost is roughly $3000. But there's no surgery and no pain.
There are also injections that a plastic surgeon can give you that will kill the cellulite and, as above, the body carries it away. Not sure what the price tag is on that, but depending on the area you have, it may be well worth it.

Drink lots of water and eat foods high in fiber. Cellulite will never go away but it will shrink.

Well i know of no product... Most of that stuff is a scam.. The best thing is exercise and get a tan... The tan covers it up and makes it look like its gone...Well i hope that helps some
