Hello.

I would be willing to be that you are not digesting your food properly. It's really a problem today with our diets consisting of overly cooked and processed foods.

You should try taking a digestive enzyme supplement every time that you eat. It will help break down your food and should relieve your indigestion - it worked great for me, anyway...

Check out www.wellzymes.com and select the "digestive health" product (I put a direct link below + a link to a medical study explaining the effectiveness of digestive enzymes).

Hope this helps!

A.

Stay away from fried breaded foods and carbonated products. Sometimes medication causes stomach acid upset also. Medications like birth control, behavior stabilizing drugs even Ibuprofen. Acidic foods should be avoided also. I know all the good stuff is on the bad list, but if you want to feel better than it's got to be done. I have also been drinking aloe vera juice with water and it sounds worse than it is, but it is great for your intestinal/GI tract. Helps keep your colon healthy also.

The question you should be investigating is what foods you should be eating to prevent indigestion.

Toast, applesauce, rice... but you probably need to find out the cause of your indigestion.
