Most of the times, the problem is that we are using products containing mineral oil and alcohol and fragrances these all are very damaging for our skin's health.... mineral oil because it is an ingredient that is derivated form petroleum....it will be like using car oil and exposing your self to the sun in fact it is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin (1st thing will be the sun) using fragrances or chemicals or dyes are known irritants and can cause allergic reactions. what i use to shave my legs would be a face wash formulatted without these i have told you about ... it is called Nutrimin-C RE9 Face wash: look for it at the left margin under anti-aging.... I know it is a face wash but honestly it is great and leaves your skin smooth and shinny.... and after that you can put their body lotion fast without waiting for it will not give you a reaction or sting.... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arb...

Have you seen your doctor to ask about skin disorders? That's something to think about if you haven't done it already. In the meantime at home, avoid long hot baths or showers. They feel good, but they rob the skin of moisture. Use a moisturizing body wash. Pat your skin dry, but leave a bit of moisture on there. After patting nearly dry, use lotion AND a few drops of oil (baby oil, etc) and gently rub that into your skin. Leaving your skin slightly damp will give the lotion something extra to lock into your skin, and adding a few drops of oil when you use lotion really ups the softness factor. I hope this helps!

Use Aveeno lotion every night before you go to bed and after you take a shower in the morning. Be sure to use some moisturizing body wash for extra dry skin. Olay has a good body wash. Be sure to drink a lot of water and take vitamins to keep your skin in perfect condition.

Exfoliate in the shower and apply a good body cream right after the shower. Massage in a thick rich body cream before bed time. Drink lots of water to hydrate your skin. Make sure that your soap in the shower isn't too drying. Look to see if its your laundry soap, you may have a allergy to the fragence in the soap.

Try this remedy. Make yourself a nice warm bath, but not too hot! Now add some bubble bath PLUS one cup of (this is not a joke) milk. Soak in it for a while until the skin on your fingers gets all wrinkly. This will keep your skin hydrated for up to a week. Take care!

Yeah you need to put lotion on every night and morning and after you get out of the shower put lotion on. I recommend either baby magic lotion, olay lotion, or nievia, or jegins. Good Luck Hope this helps.

Drink more water to start with, you are very dehydrated! Then use a moisturizer for dry skin. The combination should help you. I suggest Mary Kay moisturizer for normal to dry skin. Works wonders!

Drink water. At least 10 cups pr day. And get yourself a good cream. It is thicker than lotion and will give more moisture to your skin. What about a peel while you're at it?
