Why do work area's with women only have so much DRAMA!!!?

Oh my goodness, Ive never worked in such a place, All these women do all day is gossip, during lunch, during break. This place is so irritating. I cannot wait to become a full time student to get away from all this drama.
Is your office as bad as mine?????

And yes im on here, but not gossiping with my co-workers spreading rumers that will soon cause a confrantation so there's a differance. I don't like people who do it with co-workers talking bout other co-workers.
This is differant, We are all strangers to each other.

I don't think it is just workplaces. I think it happens anytime a lot of women are together.

Well I dont waork but my mom works in an office for the State of Texas and I would be there halping file papers and there will always be a group of woman gossiping and stuff. It is just that they are like that some woman gossip, some woman are bitchy. Hell I am bitchy most of the time at home! But woman do that they gossip at work its like a litle cirlce of woman gossiping! Oh..and FYI they are every were gossiping woman are evey were! O.o

Offices are like that because the management allows it. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's women. I've had jobs where the men gossip just as much. It comes down to management, and you work in an office that is poorly managed.

When women are around each other a lot they get on the same "cycle" so they're bitchy all at the same time. It's not a good situation.
