She liked me a lot, but at that time I had somebodyelse in my life.
I liked her a lot and promised her to leave my ex gf for her. We dated for a while then she said we should come to an end, cuz she doesn't want to be responsible for my breakup...
We've been in touch, but just like friends.
But she didn't call on my birthday. What am I supposed to think?

..... it's no big deal... I mean many people forget birthdays... during my last birthday period I was very busy and I got only a few calls from friends wishing me Happy Birthday. But then the girl I liked called 11 days late... I really decided not to like her in the end but it wasn't because of the fact she didn't call on the right day.

hey dont be negative, maybe a good reason, did she know it was your birthday for a start, or maybe something happened that side tracked her. Alwasy feel its best if you really want to know to just ask someone straight out if they like you, ask them to be honest , try a text message. N happy bday for when ever it was. Good Luck

If 'she' is an important person in your life, and if you are equally important, then remembering birthdays is one of the important days between the two of you. If she didnt call you, then you ought to find out why, for yourself. Ofcourse, you can make out if its genuine that she couldnt call you, or if its time you moved on.

When I like a guy his birthday is a huge deal to me. I guess if I was trying to be a real B*%@$ then I would NOT call on your birthday. Drop her and find someone who respects you and will make you feel special on your birthday like you deserve.

The world doesn't revolve around you.
Since you are no longer a couple there is no reason that she should remember your birthday. Maybe she did remember it but thought it was inappropriate to mark the occassion.

have you told her your birthday was coming up(or have you told her at all about your birthday?)if not there's your reason if shes your girlfriend and you did tell her hope for the best that she just forgot....and if shes just a girl you like or some one you work with go to school with maybe she doesn't care??

Well-- that is pretty f-ed up. Your b.day only comes once a year. Ignore her for a while. Or look for someone that will care about u.
