By far & Hands Down, The Undertaker is better.
Though The Great Khali has a bigger, but mind you , not better physique - The Undertaker has more superior agility. In case of wrestling ,size does matter but agility too, counts. The Undertaker at 6ft 10" is not a small man & his athleticsm for his size is an unbeatable advantage. The Great Khali defeating him at Judgement Day could be called an upset win & I would be really surprised if The Great Khali defeats The Deadman again.
So we all should be ready to see a good bashing of The Great Khali at the Great American Bash!!!!!!!

The Phenom himself. The Undertaker rules. The Great Khali don't have the skills as the The Deadman does. The Great Khali will never be the in the same league as the Undertaker is.

The Great Khali has the wrestling ability of Mark Henry. He is only in the business because of his size, a breeze block could do the same moves with little help. It also has the same IQ as neither can even talk. 'Taker, meanwhile, is the greatest legend ever, as Hogan is now a has been. He has already beaten Henry, Giant Gonzales and Andre the Giant almost with ease. Khali is no threat and will hopefully be out of a job after this storyline.
