There are questionnaires out there which you may be able to use or consider, just be sure to always, always cite your source if you should decide to use a survey. I'm not sure what specific aspects you are interested in looking into, but looking into social psychology journals would be of help. In any case, just consider the specific variable/s/ or correlations you are interested in exploring. Some factors, for example, might be the education level of the parents, the age at which they began having children, etc.
