Why is it that I'm on QA and?

this person at work keeps talking to me over the wall and bugging me? I can barely hear him anyway but I know he's talking to me. He won't stop talking. HELP!!!

I'm not sure what you should do, but i think you should tell someone at your work about it... or maybe that person likes you! lol...
