Men when your married why do you find the need to cheat?

Do you want to know why the infidelity, adultery and extra marital affairs become a repeated pattern in some relationships and not in others?

Here it goes...The answer is rather simple and involves the following three factors...

ONE - People's choices in a partner or spouse are not in line with what they need or want and what their spouse or partner can give them. In other words, there is a mismatch along the important dimension of emotional intimacy. That's when people are at risk for infidelity or an extramarital affair

TWO - People don't make their relationships a priority by putting the time and energy into them that they need. That leaves them open for infidelity and cheating to take root.

THREE - People don't understand the issues that led to the infidelity, adultery and extra marital affair in the first place. They also don't see the part they played in the relationship's failure and the infidelity or cheating. For many people, it is easier to blame someone else for things that went wrong rather than looking inward for understanding.

I can UNCONDITIONALLY tell you that "affairs of the heart" or emotional affairs (and I don't mean "one night stands") have very little to do with sex!

I can also tell you EMPHATICALLY that relationships based on emotional connectedness will never fall victim to infidelity - not even if you or your partner are surrounded by very attractive and available people. With an emotionally intimate relationship, you will never be put in the position of finding out that your spouse is lying or cheating on you.

Sugar, you are making some very poor assumptions. I have been married for 20 years to the same woman and have never cheated. I never "found the need", frankly. On the other hand, I know women who cheat on their men out of boredom, or a love of conflict, or just the thrill of being "naughty."
So wise up, and take your tarbrush elsewhere.

when you don't get emotional and/or physical support from your wife. you tend to look elsewhere for these basic needs, especially emotional needs. the physical part comes later. ALWAYS.
