Yes, it was quite easy. At least on my part. You need to be a little flashy in UK, as well as be charismatic and friendly. Take by experience.

No, not really. If you have EU citizenship, it might be significantly different because of the summer employment situation. There are a lot of hotels and other tourism areas that need summer workers with linguistic abilities. That would require a full summertime commitment. That time has come and gone. You might be best trying again next year with the help of some European search engines. Good luck!

I think it would be easy enough; my wife came here on a holiday permit from South Africa and she had no trouble. In London etc there's communities of Australians and South Africans etc and they all tell each other about the work. There's also a newsletter which tells them and it's free.
