Kianah is cuter...but I love different names and pronuciations....I have 4 daughters. They are named Nataushia (na-ta-she-a), Keneisha (K-nee-sha), Olivia, and Brennady (like Kennady wth a BR). Karriane will be shortened to Kerry but countless people, so if you don't mind the shortened version or constantly correcting people then go with that. Kianah is pretty short and more than likely won't be shortened to much unless given as a nickname of Ki, but most people would probably say it like it should be.
