why do I constantly dream about my ex-boyfriend? every night? its gettin me down lol! analyse me!?

Thanks all of you! I do need to get over him we were together a long time and I thought he was the "1" obviously not.He didnt cheat on me (i dont think)but finished and started again with me on a number of occassions which just shattered my confidence in him i didnt know how to be around him again as I was scared he was gonna leave me again. We met up again after splitting up for about 4 months(he had a lot of problems) and told me he missed me and all that then he told me he was going abroad and we would both go and make a life together needless to say some little thing put him off and he decided we were better off being pals. I visited him abroad and we got back together again!! (on his terms)for most of the year. i travelled to be with him.Then yet again we split up again(again on his terms) he came home for a holiday last december that was the last i saw him after4years together.I know im pathetic! just wondered why after all this time i still miss him after everything.sorry all!

I belive that you have a good heart and you are just hurting yourself.
If he felt the way you feel about him he would be with you right now.
Do everithng you can to forgewt about him go out on dates or simply hang with friends.
He seems top have move on , do the same,or latter you will know that all your sadness did not get you anywhere .
