You MUST know who is the Boss now. YOU or Her?? She is paying you to work for her so she got no choice, she has to become a workaholic.
The only way to handle your boss is you quit the job and find a less workaholic, married male boss.

What does the boss' sexual orientation or marital status have to do with anything? Many bosses are workaholics...it is how they got to be the boss, particularly if they are female. Women have to work twice as hard to get to the same level as a man in the workplace. You don't handle her...you do your job to the best of your ability and you won't have a problem.

I assume you are not a workaholic. Let her know that you work to live an dnot live to work. If she does not understand that, than she isn;t human. The lesbian thing should not come into play here.
