You know I have not paid attention until I read your question, but there use to be colored tissue, and I have not paid any attention lately. Yeah, there use to be blue and pink toilet paper. My cousin could not use it because the dye would irritate her. She has always had a picky ****, hehe. That thing is so sensitive, lol. I taught mines to woman up and take what ever I give her, hehehehehe. Seriously, the dye does not color your hands, if so what kind of toilet paper are some people using? I guess it did not go over well with the public, women probably did not like the idea of colored paper to wipe themselves with, and men just don't care.

Toilet paper does come in colors. However, these days it is more rare because the dyes can irritate your private areas (especially a problem for women).

The coloured toilet paper isn't as common anymore because alot of people are allergic to the dyes in it. There's an itchy spot that, once gotten, you will go out of your way to avoid in the future!

You can get custom printed toilet paper from this company:

In England, white toilet paper is popular, but also pink and peach colored. http://www.toiletpaperworld.com/tpw/encyclopedia/navigation/worldwide.htm

It's been a while since I've seen colored TP, but it exists (or at least it did at one time; my grandmother's bathroom was pink and she used pink TP). I think that we usually see white because people associate white with the feeling of clean and fresh.

In the U.S. I haven't seen the colored types for many years. Someone finally realized that rubbing chemical dyes on your *** was a really stupid idea. Also white makes it easier to see that you have finished the paperwork.

It doesn't, or at least it didn't used to. You could get yellow, pink, and blue to match your bathroom! However, I think that the dyes were causing environmental and personal (infection, irritation) problems so they took all (or most) off the market.

My mom wouldn't ever buy it even though I really wanted pink tissue... said it would upset my "parts".

They used to come in colours but the dyes are harmful to the environment and they can be irritating to the sensitive parts we use TP on. Was that polite enough?

It does come in more colors than just plain white. I'm sure that if you look hard enough, you will find pastel blue and pastel pink, just for those picky feminine types.

It comes in other colors. They should make scoobydoo toliet paper and raise the price. Kids would bug the "crap" out of their parents to buy it.
