I have done that, but you have to do some research or a good idea is to know someone in the city that you are moving to

Do you mean "How can I rent an apartment without any income?"
Good luck. Some places will take you but do you really want to live there?

i moved but i had a job lined up. If you can get a "letter of intent" from someone saying you will be hired for their company preferably on a letterhead that should suffice.
