Well, my best advice to you is that she may just be jealous because you are no longer her friend anymore, or just be upset that you put her behind. Also it could just be a simple phaze she's going through because maybe she wants to still wants the friendship you 2 used to have. But if shes being ignorant and disrespectful, you should continue to move on.

It depends on the situation. If she was disrespecting you, continue moving on with your life. If not, both of you need to sit down and talk, but make sure that both of you are honest. It is all up to you though. Good friends are hard to find these days so try to keep the communication lines open- if you want to do that. Go ahead and talk to her and see what happens.
