No Orland Bloom is not dating Keira Knightly. Orlando is dating Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns). They recently filmed Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Mans Chest together but they are just friends. They had a kissing scene and Keira said that Johnny Depp is a much better kisser than Orlando!
