weights and cardio. your main task is to burn the fat covering your abs. all the crunches in the world won't help if you still have a 1/4" of fat on your gut.
Just do a total body workout 3 days a week (MWF), then run or do some sort of cardio the other 3 days, rest Sunday. drink plenty of water. Eat several small meals throughout the day, no carbs after 8pm.
