I've heard it's where aspects of your personality are measured by your features, such as if you have wide set eyes, it means something-if you have big lips, something else. We are all in the driver's seat of our futures and can decide how we will portray ourselves to others.

a face reading is like a palm reading but it looks at different features in your face. I've seen it done in Hong Kong so i recommend going to china town to find a face reader.

yes it is a kind of technique by which a person can tell about your present condition( i.e. if you are happy, sad, nervous, exited)
by your body language and some other signs.
it is a kind of thing related to psychology.
they can't what exactly you are thinking but just guess it by your eyes, lips movement etc.
actually when we talk to anyone the words we speak constitute only 7% and the rest is our body language
