Regardless of whether or not your question was aimed for shock value or is a true kink, Room temperature would probably be your best bet. Too cold and you would be too numb to know if you were in real pain and needed to halt the process. Too hot and you could burn the sensitive skin on the inside of your anus.
P.S. Just because some people do not understand a particular KINK does not mean that it is wrong, gross, or evil. It only means you do not have to do it. Please keep that in mind.

You should stick a warm ice pick up your nose
Make sure it is a long ice pick, with a very sharp point
Be sure and swab it with alcohol first

always like hot for sxx so go for got and if bottle breaks go for a hot iron rod.

Well hot would be more flat I hope and wouldn't hurt you that much, but overall its stupid and its going to hurt unless you are into that.

use a baseball bat it will go all the way home.
use it hot and fire hot bacon grease all over your face as well

what ever makes you comfortable i guess. Heat makes things expand so it might be slightly less comfortable since it will be slightly bigger. In any case I think it would be painful and you shouldn't do it.
