I live in Missouri and I got paid for Christmas but not for any other holiday. Is there a law requiring my employer to pay me for working on a federal holiday?

You should have got paid regular wages at least. Are you talking about time and a half? Some employers pay time and a half for those individuals that work holidays. Some employers give that person a paid day off with regular wages instead. Look at your employee handbook and see the policy on it. Unless your state has determined overtime for employees working federal holidays, i don't think your obligated to receive extra pay for federal holidays worked from your employer.

Nope
Everyone has their own rules
In my place you have to work the day before and the day after the holiday to get paid. Unless of course the holiday is a monday.
You also have to be a full time employee working at least 90 days prior to get paid for it.
There is no rule saying your boss has to pay you.
Course,
There is no rule saying you have to work there either.

No law....companies can determne what if any Holiday's to pay their employees.
I would check with the H.R. (Human resources) department and ask them.
