I surely can't see why, because California is the hot spot of many natural disaster, say..an earthquake, volacanic eruption, high tides, and maybe a tornado... but why do people like California?

I don't think that there are tornadoes in CA. Tornado alley stretches from Texas to Minnesota. If they do happen there, I would have to assume that they are a rarity.

California has nice plants and lots of gold. Don't you know about the gold rush? It's not as cold looking for gold in California as it is in Alaska.

well considering there hasn't been any volcanic eruptions....or tornado's...a lil shake here and there from an earthquake really is no big deal..and you consider high tides something to be afraid of? LMAO Anyway....people like CA because its a great place to be..the opportunities you can find here you will not find in most places....plus the weather is great! If you want snow, go play in the snow, if you want beach...go to the beach....shoot..you can even play in the snow and go to the beach in the same day if you want to.. But anyway, CA rocks..there is no place I'd rather live...its the land of opportunity and convenience...
