I have worked as a housekeeper for 6/2 years. It takes me 8 hours of non stop moving to get done, as the years pass my body is taking its toll and it is tiring, I know I work hard and hardly get any complaints, I never call off, but recently I got sick and my boss had this woman who works as a secretary help me get done, she took the top floor and me the bottom, this woman is so jealous of me for some reason, I have medical benefits and she does'nt so my job is what she wishes she had so she starts trouble for me with the people in the building, she tells my boss I can't clean and she was working all night but it is not true, I want to physically rough her up but I will get into trouble and lose my job and go to jail, she makes me that mad, today she is going to be there when we get our checks and I know she is going to say somthing, what should I do get mad and let her have or just ignore the situation??????

She is TRYING to get you stirred up, honey, and you are falling for it hook, line, and sinker. You're doing exactly what she wants you to do....THEN...she WILL have your job! Just ignore the bittch...that will hurt her more and if you say/do something else. Smile and tell her how much you enjoyed working with her. She will be upset that you didn't get mad. Be a woman....don't let her get to you. People know you do your job right, or you wouldn't still be working. Let her stew in her own juice!!! Good Luck!

Well for one, getting physical is NEVER the answer. If you feel like she lied to your boss, then you need to talk to your boss about this. Let your boss know that she did not do your work and that she was not working all night. OR you could always try and talk to her and find out why she would say those things about you. Maybe its a misunderstanding. If you choose to confront her and make a scene you could be the one who loses your job. If you get physical with her, then I guarantee you will lose your job AND have problems finding a new one. Good luck with your situation and remember to stay calm.

Yes it does sound like possible jealousy and is lookin to stir up trouble. You do not need to feel like you have to explain yourself to noone. You know you work hard, you know you do a great job. Just keep on smiling and act cheery and ignore this. Others will obviously see she is full of complaints, and it seems only she is. She sounds miserable and unhappy. And misery does love company! dont fall for it!

talk to your boss and tell that woman to try health plus or other state programs thath are at hospitals that cover people without healthcare also let that woman know that what she is doing is not apppreciated in front of your boss when you get your check if she wants health coverage let her take that up with him its not your dam problem.

I think you should tell your boss in private about the situation and if you cant then i guess just ignore it.

don't loose control that's what she want you to do you if you loose control that will not be the only thing you'll loose she want you toloose your job so that she wouldn't have to worry about you anymore
