My main concern with her attitude is that she is looking forward to being dependent on someone else for her money, and her lifestyle.
This shows a lack of maturity and responsibility. Someone who appears rich may not actually be, and someone who actually is may be very modest and will never catch her eye.
Also, if all she is worried about is his money, she may wind up with a rich idiot who is cruel, or cheats on her.
Tell to get her priorities straight and take responsibility for herself. But remember, she is not YOUR responsibility either.
Good luck!

I think that she has high dreams and it is in my opinion that its a good thing. If she keep dreaming that she will find a rich man than she may very well find it. But......on the other hand she shouldnt put her life on hold. She should indeed go out and find a job and do things for herself also. But theres nothing wrong with wanting a man that has money. Me , my sister, and my cousin are all stay at home mom's with husbands that take care of us so im all for this. But i had to work my butt off and go to school before i found the man.

equality is overrated, but y am i unequal b/c i feel my place is in my home taking care of my kids, hubby, and house and the responsibilities of that, all he does is go to work in a different field per say. if all the women from the baby boomer gen. hadn't been out filling up the workplace in the first place more men would have jobs enabling us to be home and we wouldnt have generations of kids b n raised by $6 p/h caregivers. think how much better as a society we would be. So leave ur sister alone, its what women for centuries have been doing!

Wanting financial security in a mate isn't a bad thing... in fact, it's longer-lasting than looks!
She should get a job and do something with her life, too. She isn't going to be very interesting to her dream guy without something to offer of her own. After all, if he's got money... he's going to have choices.
As for equality... well, we all know of guys willing to sponge off the queen of their castle... and since you seem like your heading up the ladder - be on the lookout for that yourself!

Lots of women women not only believe this they are actually very successful at achieving this lifestyle. I'm not really sure they are all that detrimental to achieving equality. They help keep malls and plastic surgeons in business. They're also the bread and butter of shrinks when they start crying about how empty and unfulfilling their lives have become...don't forget pharmacies...liquor stores...did I forget anything?

Good grief... is she too lazy to earn the money herself? There's nothing to be proud of when marrying money, but a lot when you earn it yourself. Besides, what makes her think that a wealthy man would want a girl that isn't wealthy? Money tends to marry money, except in fairy tale movies.

A lot of girls think like this. The sad thing is when they do find him. Eventually he will leave her and she will be all alone without any way to support herself. When she is old and grey she will realize that maybe it was not such a good idea for her to be dependent on men your whole life.

Remember that money is not the best thing in life, many rich people have a sad life, being happy and with peace of mind is the key for happyness.
