any advice on getting my toe touches better?

have someone hold your knees down, have someone else push your back as far as you can stand it for 1and 1 half minutes. do it once or twice a day. It hurts but it works!!!!!!

try to keep your legs straight on use your head and try touch your knees from a sitting position from that you can touch ur toes. then ofter you master that you jump and do it are anything in mine.

stretch for like 30 minutes every day

strengthen ur leg muscles and stretch and do middle splits too
