Do we ever really "plan" to fall in love with a certain person? Everything we do involves motivation and choice. If you chose to enter into a friendship with someone of the opposite sex, then there was obviously something about them that attracted you to them. As you both change, sometimes you become attracted to more of that person's qualities and decide that you would like to be emotionally/ physically intimate with that person. And you interpret that decision as "falling in love." We motivate ourselves toward goals all the time...sometimes without even realizing it.
I think it would be a bit naive to believe that love just "happens."

Yes, Usually you don't plan to fall in love with anyone. You just love them because you do.

The problem with your question is that you CAN'T PLAN to fall in love. It just happens. If you planned it, it isn't real!

Absolutely. Unfortunately, I think you can't "plan" to fall in love. You can certainly avoid the opportunities to fall for the wrong person by not dating someone who clearly isn't right for you.

i dont think you should plan on falling in love with anyone!! i think it just has to happen naturally, planning is boring anyway!!! you should be all about sponteneuity!!! take it for what its worth!

falling in love is not something that is premeditated..its just happens when we least expect it....so falling in love with someone you didn't plan to is natural.....and it can even turn out to be a true love.......

absolutely. i did. i wasnt planning on having a long term relationship with him, but were going strong after 3 years and some months, he's my first real love

yup .. in fact its the only way that you fall in the real love by !! you never plan to love that person at that time in that way .. its just happens !!

Yep..I'm in love with a person I didn't plan to..now we are getting engaged in Feb. of next year.
